T&Cs for Consultation and Facial Bookings

Please read the following terms and conditions before booking your facial treatment:

• If you have any contagious condition, I will not be able to perform the facial. These include cold sores, impetigo and conjunctivitis.
• If you have had any Botox or filler within two weeks of the appointment, I will not be able to perform the facial. 
• I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations in order to refund a deposit. There is a cancellation button on your confirmation email.
• I require 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. There is a reschedule button on your confirmation email. 
• If you are pregnant, I would advise waiting to do the consultation until you have stopped breastfeeding (if you choose to do that). The skin often changes a lot month to month during pregnancy and so it is hard to recommend products until the skin settles back into it's normal rhythm.
• If you are pregnant and would like to have the bespoke facial, that is possible but please check with your doctor first as you will be lying flat on your back for 60 minutes. 
• Gift vouchers purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable.
